Among the Hills, a Fairytale Village

Just like in a fairytale: a small village with a castle, nestled in the green hills of the Marche region. Despite being very close to the sea and not far from major urban centers (Ancona and Falconara), it is actually a small oasis of peace, well-being for the eyes, the mind, and the body. Remaining off the main roads, it has been able to preserve its tranquility, which has also hidden its notoriety.

A bit of history: Castel D’Emilio, along with Agugliano, was part of the Castles of Ancona. The first records of Castel d’Emilio seem to date back to 1230 when a certain Milo di Attone de Castro Mili was condemned by the Municipality of Jesi for the unauthorized occupation of communal lands.

In this splendid context rich in history, culture, nature, and peace, the T-Trade Group acquired some real estate properties with the intention of bringing life back to the village and promoting recreational and cultural activities in the healthy spirit of socializing and the beauty of being together. The entrance to the castle is through an elegant pointed arch. You can still see the gears of the drawbridge and the various loopholes in the walls.

On the left of the entrance is another arch that leads to the pleasant walk along the perfectly preserved city walls.
